ATP STRENGTH

Being strong is in fashion and we love it here at ATP Fitness. 

​

Strength training has been heavily studied and backed for many years now as the most important element to everyones exercise routine. Not only does it stimulate muscle growth, but it is also has been linked to improving our metabolism, increasing our mobility, reducing joint pain and accruing bone density to keep us running after our grandchildren for years to come.

​

Strength training is a staple across all 3 of our programs, but if your looking to focus solely on absolute strength and bodybuilding style training to benefit those points above, then this class is for you!

ATP HYBRID

ATP Fitness is our main programme on the timetable. This specific class offers a unique blend between classic strength and conditioning techniques designed to build a strong foundation of strength alongside improving your cardiovascular fitness for a healthy heart and lungs. 

​

You will typically start with a barbell in hand and finish with blood pumping endorphins, ready for you to attack the rest of your day. 

OPEN GYM

Cant make the class but still want to workout? 

No Problem! 

 

We have 2 slots for "Open gym" where you can come in and use the gym as your own. 

​

Follow your own program, or catch up on the days workout. Although the sessions isn't coached, there will be experienced trainers within the facility to guide you, spot you and offer advice where you feel you need it. 

Want to just come in and get on a good sweat?

ATP Hybrid will not disappoint! 

​

Using an array of cardiovascular equipment from rowing machines, to bike ergs, dumbbells to kettlebells - this class is designed to hit the whole body in a 60 minute high intensity class. 

​

We will push, pull, lunge and run our way into a good fun time, and we'll smile whilst we're doing it! 

​

We will ALWAYS offer adaptations and alternatives to any injuries or health related concerns you may have to ensure you leave accomplished and eager for the next session.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT TO DO THE CLASSES?

Simple answer, ABSOLUTELY NOT!

 

Every Class is completely open to anyone & EVERYONE. Whether you are coming back from injury, have long term health conditions or have neglected your health & fitness for some time, all of our classes can be tailored to meet your individual needs. 

​

Please discuss any health concerns with your coach at the beginning of your first session.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM?

The main difference between our brand & your typical commercial gym is COMMUNITY. Everyone is in it together & we make sure that no one is left behind or isolated. 

​

Not only that, but all of our classes are 'coach-led' meaning you will have an experienced and qualified personal trainer guiding you through each session to provide technical support, adaptations and injury prevention protocols to ensure you are getting the most from your training. 

HOW DO I BOOK ONTO ONE OF YOUR CLASSES?

The easiest way to book onto one of our classes is through the "book online" option at the top of the page.

We offer individual drop in sessions, 10 class packs and memberships.

WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I FIND AT ONE OF YOUR ATP FITNESS CLASSES?

We believe in the principle movement patterns important to build a great foundation for longevity & pain free life. 

 

You will hinge, plank, push, pull, squat, lunge & rotate using a mix of different equipment from Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells & Slam Balls. 

​

Supplemented with some conditioning based exercises including different cardiovascular machines, battle Ropes & bodyweight exercises, you will become a bullet proof machine in no time! 

​
