ATP Fitness

ATP Fitness is our main programme on the timetable.

 

This specific class offers a unique blend between classic strength and conditioning techniques.

 

Designed to build a strong foundation of strength alongside improving your cardiovascular fitness for a healthy heart and lungs.  â€‹

ATP Strength

Being strong is in fashion and we love it.​

Strength training not only stimulates muscle growth, but it is also linked to improving metabolism, increasing mobility and reducing joint pain.

​

Strength training is a staple across all 3 of our programs, but if your looking to focus solely on absolute strength and bodybuilding style training then this class is for you!

ATP Hybrid

Want to just come in and get on a good sweat? ATP Hybrid will not disappoint! 

​

Using an array of cardiovascular equipment from rowing machines, to bike ergs, dumbbells to kettlebells - this class is designed to hit the whole body in a 60 minute high intensity class. 

​

We will push, pull, lunge and run our way into a good fun time, and we'll smile whilst we're doing it! ​

Redefining Group Fitness Classes

All of our fitness classes have a maximum limit of 12 spaces. By keeping our classes small it allows us to provide every client with the attention and focus needed to improve their fitness levels. 

 

Our trainers bring a wealth of experience and will always offer personalised modifications and insights to help you maximise results while minimising the chances of injury. Our PT lead classes are designed to not only build your strength and fitness but to help build your confidence too.
