What To Expect

Warm Up

Each Class we will warm you up in the right way - by activating the specific muscles that will be used for our strength component as well as increasing the blood flow around the bodies to make sure you are primed and ready to attack the workout.

Strength Element

With ATP Fitness, we will most likely start with a strength based movement to improve your functionality, mobility and overall strength in one particular area of the body.

The focus will always be on form and 

Conditioning Workout

The remaining time will include a circuit style workout. ​combining strength, endurance & cardio exercises.

Who Should Join An ATP Fitness Class?

This class is the main one in our timetable due to its popularity and its importance.

​

This full body workout is efficient, high-energy and can be adapted to all fitness levels, meaning its open to everyone to get involved.

​

It offers beginners a good foundation to work on in a supportive and structured environment. Fitness enthusiasts also love this class due to its ability to enhance agility, power, and stamina.

​

As with all of our classes the harder you work, the more you can achieve.

Our fitness class is available 6 days a week and at various times of the day to try and suit everyones schedule.

MONDAY: 07:00, 09:30, 18:00

TUESDAY: 06:00, 09:30, 12:30, 18:00

WEDNESDAY: 07:00, 17:00, 18:00

THURSDAY: 09:30,12:30, 19:00

FRIDAY: 06:00, 18:00

SATURDAY: 07:30
