ATP Hybrid

A class designed to hit the whole body in a 60 minute high intensity class. If you want to get a good sweat on ATP Hybrid will not dissappoint.

What To Expect

Warm Up

Each class with start with a 5-10 minute warm up to increase your heart rate, blood flow & warm up your muscles.

Main Workout

Each class will include an EMOM style circuit workout where you will work hard for between 20 - 30 minutes. Working hard, staying strong!

Accessory Work

Additional accessory work maybe included focusing on key areas of movement such as shoulders and core.

Who Should Join An ATP Hybrid Class?

Hybrid classes work you hard but are versatile. This means they are suitable for anyone who is looking to increase their overall fitness and strength.

These classes combine different styles of exercise, such as strength training, cardio, flexibility, and functional movements, into one single session.

 

All of these areas can be adjusted to your current fitness level, giving you achievable goals now and goals to aim towards as the weeks go on. 

ATP Hybrid Time Table

Our hybrid fitness class is available 6 days a week and at various times of the day to try and suit everyones schedule.

TUESDAY: 17:00

WEDNESDAY: 06:00, 19:00

THURSDAY: 07:00, 17:00

FRIDAY: 12:30, 17:00

SATURDAY: 08:30, 09:30
