ATP Strength
If you are looking to focus solely on absolute strength and bodybuilding style training then this class is for you!
What To Expect
Warm Up
Each class with start with a 5-10 minute warm up to increase your heart rate, blood flow & warm up your muscles.
Strength Workout
Building strength, endurance & power. Targeting specific muscle groups by mixing equipment-based and bodyweight exercises.
Accessory Work
We will perform exercises that will complement your main movements. This could include things such as sit ups, curls & Russian twists.
Who Should Join An ATP Strength Class?
Strength training is our number one go to which is why we incorporate strength into all of our group fitness classes.

All of our strength workouts can be modified to your fitness level. So whether you are just starting out or are training for a fitness competition, we have you covered.
We recommend incorporating at least 1 strength training class per week into your workout routine to help build foundational strength and functionality.

Our strength class is available 5 days a week and at various times of the day to try and suit everyones schedule.
