DO I HAVE TO BE FIT TO DO THE CLASSES?

Simple answer, ABSOLUTELY NOT!

​

Every Class is completely open to anyone & EVERYONE. Whether you are coming back from injury, have long term health conditions or have neglected your health & fitness for some time, all of our classes can be tailored to meet your individual needs. 

​

Please discuss any health concerns with your coach at the beginning of your first session.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM?

The main difference between our brand & your typical commercial gym is COMMUNITY. Everyone is in it together & we make sure that no one is left behind or isolated. 

​

Not only that, but all of our classes are 'coach-led' meaning you will have an experienced and qualified personal trainer guiding you through each session to provide technical support, adaptations and injury prevention protocols to ensure you are getting the most from your training.

HOW DO I BOOK ONTO ONE OF YOUR CLASSES?

The easiest way to book onto one of our classes is through the "book online" option at the top of the page.

We offer individual drop in sessions, 10 class packs and memberships.

If your looking for 1-2-1 or group based personal training, use the "contact me" section & we will come to you at a time & day that suits your availability & work commitments. 

WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I FIND AT ONE OF YOUR ATP FITNESS CLASSES?

We believe in the principle movement patterns important to build a great foundation for longevity & pain free life. 

​

You will hinge, plank, push, pull, squat, lunge & rotate using a mix of different equipment from Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells & Slam Balls. ​

 

Supplemented with some conditioning based exercises including different cardiovascular machines, battle Ropes & bodyweight exercises, you will become a bullet proof machine in no time! 

HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO JOIN?

Our gym is inclusive and welcomes members of all ages and abilities!

 

However, to sign up for individual membership, you must be at least 16 years old and have signed a physical health form.

WHAT ARE THE OFF-PEAK HOURS IN THE GYM?

Our off peak hours are:
Mon to Fri @ 08:00am - 18:00pm 
Saturday 07:30am - Midday

This includes any classes running at 9:30am. 12:30pm and 17:00pm. 

HOW DO YOU KEEP THE FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT CLEAN?

We regularly clean our equipment and we take pride in that fact during quiet hours of the gym. We have cleaners that attend to the toilet facilities and gym floor twice a week too to keep it looking brand new at all times. 

WHEN WILL MY FIRST PAYMENT BE TAKEN?

Our memberships are prorated, meaning depending on where you are in the month your first payment will be subsidised by how many days are left in that calendar month. Following on from that, your membership will be taken on the 1st of every new month thereafter. 

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

If you wish to cancel your membership, all you need to do is reach out to one of the team and we will do it all for you without hesitation. There is a 14 day cancellation policy which is in your membership form.

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION WITH A PT?

CAN I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP TYPE FROM: UNLIMITED, OFF-PEAK OR OPEN GYM?

Of course! Just contact one of the coaches to have this sorted.
